As a VillageCareMAX broker, we value your partnership.  Our plans are designed to meet the needs of dual eligible beneficiaries (duals) and near duals with competitive benefits and supplemental benefits packages. Our dedicated Broker Services team works with you to deliver quick solutions, and to provide you access to the tools and resources you need to support your clients.


Requirements for Getting Appointed

You must first be contracted with one of our FMO Partners to onboard and enroll members into our products.

Once you’re contracted with the FMO, they will share a unique PIN with you to start the onboarding process.

With your unique PIN, it’s quick and easy to get appointed with VillageCareMAX. We use Convey Miramar as our onboarding platform - https://miramar-agent.com/

You’ll need:
  • Your National Producer Number (NPN)
  • An active New York State Accident and Health Insurance License
  • A copy of your Errors and Omissions Insurance policy
  • A copy of your active AHIP Certification

VillageCareMAX Enrollment Portal

VillageCareMAX contracts with ConnectureDRX for Medicare enrollments. When you have completed your onboarding, you will receive credentials to ConnectureDRX. You can access the platform at the link below:

 

Note: Online enrollment through ConnectureDRX is not available for our MAP Plan, VillageCareMAX Medicare Total Advantage Plan (HMO DSNP). If you are interested in enrolling a member into our MAP plan, please contact Doris Zuluaga at 212-337-5912 or [email protected].
